Phenomenal Viborg tests the MUCO platform in the real world

From October 2025 to February 2026, Phenomenal Viborg is collaborating with the Natural History Museum in Aarhus to test the MUCO platform in a museum context.

The current status shows that the MUCO platform is performing flawlessly, and thousands of visitors have already experienced it. For example, during week 42, the Natural History Museum hosted around 2,000 guests using MUCO. Three different experiences were available: Sperm WhaleSolar System, and Aquarium — and audience reactions were overwhelmingly positive.

At the “I Love Science” event in Brussels in October, we also tested MUCO for a large audience. More than 1,100 people explored an Icelandic volcanic cave through animation.

Preliminary conclusion:
MUCO proves to be a robust and economically sustainable platform compared to previous single-user VR experiences.
The MUCO platform is suitable for a wide range of purposes where multiple people need to move freely within one or more shared projects.
